How do pre orders work?

Pre orders are pieces that are available to the public to buy before they reach the warehouse! Please note, pre orders can take weeks and sometimes longer to ship out. Payment is deducted immediately upon checkout, not when the order ships. As soon as our manufacture process such pieces, they will ship right out too you! Please reach out to us with any questions.

When will my items ship?

Orders will ship within three business days, though, generally sooner. Should your order take longer, please contact us!

Can I cancel my order?

Once checkout has been completed, unfortunately we can not cancel the order. Please double-check your order (e.g., size, quantity, shipping address) before you click ‘Order’ should you wish to make a return, please contact us!
